RETURNS

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item you need to return, please email us at orders@lovebellezza.co.uk so that we can approve your return request.

Please include the following information in your email:

1. Your full name and contact details (as per the original order).

2. Order number and details of the item that is faulty.

3. You must also provide a clear explanation of the fault.

4. Whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund.

 

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accept returns that have not been previously approved.

Once your returns request is approved, we will forward you details of how to send the faulty item back to us.

Please do not send returns back to us without prior agreement.

On safe receipt of a returned faulty item, we will issue you a full refund. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item for you.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please retain your proof of postage.

If you are returning an item to us for exchange due to a fault, we will not charge you delivery when we send you a replacement item and we will send it via a tracked service.

Delivery charges will apply to any replacement/exchange items where the original item is found to be NOT faulty.

 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a purchase you have made and you wish to return it, please email us at orders@lovebellezza.co.uk so that we can approve your return request.

Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition (including any packaging, seals etc) with tags still attached.

For Set goods that include more than one item, all items in the set must be returned together, as per the original order, including thongs, body stockings, masks, ties and props.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as they will be deemed unsafe/unsuitable for resale.

If we suspect that the goods have been used/worn or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to refuse your return.

The cost of returning items to us is your responsibility.

Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are received by us within 28 days of the original delivery date, unless we have notified you otherwise.
